The rag top was TIG welded into the roof by the previous owner.

IMG_9959

Not a bad job, but not great either.

IMG_9960

The roof was lapped over the original metal making everything a little off.

IMG_9961

I should say the roof was lapped under the original roof, and was now low in comparison to the roof.

IMG_9962

Everything was brought back up to the correct height with the help of a guide and hammered closer to where it should be.

Side-swiped passenger side B-pillar damage. I did metal fill welding to patch this damage instead of using plastic filler.

Previous repair to the side of the hood due to early cars having only a single hood prop.

Previous hood handle repair.

IMG_9972

Driver side front fender was in decent shape.

IMG_9973

Driver side was fairly straight.

IMG_9974

Driver side door had a few impacts.

IMG_9975

Driver side rear fender was a little wavy.

IMG_9976

Looks like it has had some repair work done before and came off another car.

IMG_9977

Driver side rear quarter damage. That explains why the fender was swapped out.

IMG_9979

Rear apron was in rough shape from the car being lowered so much, but not beyond repair.

IMG_9978

The deck lid had a nice dent from being sprung, a few others here and there.
