I picked up a complete American rubber kit as well as the complete top kit to replace all seals on the car.

The car was wet sanded down with 1000gr, 1500gr, and 2500gr before polishing.
The rear tack strip and b-pillar strips were replaced with synthetic replacements from WCM
The rear widow tightened up, frame padded, and the outer material was upgraded to canvas.
